Palms and Sepulveda Development Meeting
Presentation by the developer of the Palms/Sepulveda development, wherein they are proposing to build 409 apartments, over 60,000 square feet of commercial space and 85 ft in height. The construction is not slated to begin for several years. This is the first step in doing community outreach to inform the community and allow our local residents the opportunity to give feedback to the developer about the scope and size of the development.
